Integration Manager (Sales) - Affiliate Onboarding
Awin · London
Job description
About the role
Awin is hiring an Integration Manager (Sales) in London to own the commercial coordination of advertisers from Closed Won through successful launch. The role connects Sales, Global Technical Integration and Client Services, ensuring commitments are captured accurately, stakeholders stay aligned, blockers are resolved and advertisers move to activation with clear visibility. It acts as the key link between commercial and technical teams, supporting advertiser onboarding and activation through knowledge of affiliate tracking and integration processes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact between Sales, Global Technical Integration and Client Services for advertisers moving from Closed Won through launch.
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales-to-launch handover, capturing and communicating commercial commitments, integration requirements, non-standard client needs, responsibilities and timelines.
- Keep implementation status, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, actions and expected launch dates visible to Sales and stakeholders.
- Verify that the proposed activation matches the signed commercial agreement and escalate discrepancies early.
- Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, conflicting expectations, client pushback and technical complexity, and ensure each blocker has an owner, next step and timeline.
- Join client or internal calls where commercial input is needed and escalate appropriately to accelerate strategic and high-value programmes.
- Recommend practical improvements to Sales Enablement, Integration and CRM/Salesforce process owners.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, performance marketing or a similar industry.
- Background in Account Management, Client Services, Sales Support, Technical Integrations or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, advertiser onboarding and integration processes.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations, priorities and stakeholders at once.
- Commercially minded, proactive and focused on a positive client experience.
Required skills
- Comfortable working with commercial and technical stakeholders and translating requirements between them.
- Confident using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage activities, milestones and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on technical implementation experience is beneficial but not required.
What we offer
- Four-day Flexi-Week at full pay, with no reduction to annual holiday allowance.
- Hybrid/remote working scheme with a monthly work expense contribution and a furniture package for home office setup.
- Wellbeing support and access to sports offers.
- Training through Awin Academy and a peer-to-peer recognition programme.
