Interim Group Reporting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Interim Group Reporting Manager to join our Global Natural Resources business in Central London for a six‑month assignment, with the possibility of permanent placement. The role will support the production of group‑level financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports and related disclosures.
• Coordinate periodic consolidation of financial data from multiple domestic and international entities, meeting all reporting deadlines.
• Manage reconciliation and elimination of inter‑company transactions and balances.
• Produce management reporting packs and performance analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a technical accounting resource, researching complex accounting issues and maintaining accounting policies.
• Lead the preparation of statutory accounts for selected entities and oversee external audit activities.
• Maintain and enhance financial governance frameworks and drive process automation initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA qualified with an audit background preferred.
• 2‑3 years post‑qualification experience in industry finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience preparing or managing consolidated financial statements and statutory accounts.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

What we offer

• Six‑month fixed‑term contract with potential for permanent role.
• Competitive salary between £75,000 and £85,000 per annum.
