About the role
Join the Global Operations & Service Centre of Excellence at Navan as an Internal Content & Communications Manager. This individual contributor role focuses on creating fast‑moving, tech‑forward content that informs, engages, and empowers a global workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with GO&S leadership to translate high‑level briefs into ghost‑written messages and rapid‑execution content.
- Develop and execute communication plans for change‑management initiatives.
- Explore, pilot, and apply emerging technologies—including AI and video‑editing platforms—to produce innovative campaigns.
- Create bespoke assets such as video pieces, dynamic intranet pages, newsletters, and Slack updates.
- Govern and continuously improve key GO&S communication channels.
- Collaborate across teams to understand requests and craft resonant stories for a global audience.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine content effectiveness.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in internal communications or content creation, plus 2+ years in customer service.
- Background in travel, tech, or SaaS environments with a startup mindset.
- Tech‑forward communicator comfortable experimenting with AI and video tools.
- Strong storytelling ability to simplify complex information.
- High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
