Internal Sales Executive (French and Spanish Speaking)

About the role

This hybrid position is based in Birmingham and offers a competitive salary of £30‑35k plus a £10k bonus. You will be the primary point of contact for our European customers, using your French and Spanish fluency to deliver a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, nurture and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Handle inbound enquiries, order queries and process orders accurately.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and keep CRM records up‑to‑date.
• Communicate confidently in French or Spanish with international clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and Spanish.
• Strong background in customer service or account management.
• Professional, customer‑first communication style.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, driven and able to take ownership of results.
