International Account Handler (Remote, UK)

About the role
This remote position supports the servicing and administration of commercial insurance clients with a focus on international reverse flow accounts. You will work from home while travelling regularly to Birmingham to stay connected with the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renewals, mid‑term adjustments and documentation for international accounts.
- Liaise with insurers, Account Executives and internal colleagues to ensure accurate and timely handling.
- Coordinate cross‑border insurance arrangements and maintain high service standards.
- Support day‑to‑day operational tasks, including insurer communication and client follow‑up.
Required profile
- Experience in commercial insurance account handling, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex client portfolios.
- Clear communication and confidence in dealing with operational aspects of insurance.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Birmingham.
