International Sales Support Administrator – Customer Service

About the role

Join a globally recognised commercial company as an International Sales Support Administrator, providing first‑class service to both external and internal customers across the EMEA region. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring smooth order processing from enquiry through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, managing sales orders, quotations and enquiries.
• Coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, JD Edwards and other key systems.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support business growth.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics and Customer Service teams across EMEA.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing smarter ways of working.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a product‑based customer service or sales support role.
• Hands‑on experience with import and export order management.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using JD Edwards.
