iOS Engineer (Junior, Core & Senior) – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for iOS Engineers at junior, core and senior levels to join a high‑impact, customer‑facing team in the global travel and loyalty sector. The role is based in Manchester with a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in the office) and starts with a six‑month contract that may be extended.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Build backend‑driven UI solutions powered by modern API layers such as GraphQL and TypeScript integration.
• Implement end‑to‑end features, from problem analysis through design, deployment and testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product, design and backend engineering teams.
• Ensure high application stability and performance through unit testing, observability and debugging practices.

Required profile

• Ability to quickly become productive in large, existing codebases.
• Strong verbal and written English communication for seamless cross‑team collaboration.
• Experience with Xcode, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing and production debugging/observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Firebase).
• Advanced usage of modern AI tooling such as Claude or Codex is a strong plus.
