IT Business Technology Partner – Milton Keynes

About the role

Join the IT department of a global manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, supporting both local and global infrastructure projects. You will help plan, execute and manage IT infrastructure strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support global projects that implement and update IT infrastructure at the Milton Keynes manufacturing site and across Animal Health facilities in the UK.
• Deliver complex issue resolution for IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, networks, security, servers and telephony.
• Manage local IT infrastructure projects and cooperate with global and local support teams to meet SLAs.
• Maintain the lifecycle of IT equipment and provide standby support on a rotation basis.
• Champion the One IT Operating Model and apply it in daily work.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT‑Infrastructure role within an ITIL service framework.
• Relevant Microsoft and Cisco certifications.
