IT Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT projects through effective coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The role will work closely with IT Project Managers to ensure projects follow our methodology and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and support IT Project Managers in delivering projects.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, timelines, and budgets, including managing budget approvals.
• Track progress against milestones, highlight risks, issues and dependencies, and propose mitigation actions.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Assist with resource coordination, financial tracking, procurement and system integration testing.
• Prepare business cases, impact analyses and cost‑benefit analyses for projects.
• Create test scripts, perform testing and support problem‑solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop training materials and support key users during and after go‑live.
• Document business requirements, process maps and data flow diagrams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience documenting business processes and data flows.
