IT Project Manager – Business & Technology Change

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead the delivery of business‑critical technology and change initiatives for an international law firm. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end project planning, execution and stakeholder alignment across Legal Operations, HR and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology change projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and risk are controlled.
• Engage senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, issues and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve business alignment and successful delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitoring milestones, quality standards and contractual commitments.
• Support change‑management activities, including communications and training, to drive adoption of new solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end IT and business change projects across infrastructure, applications, cloud and digital transformation.
• Strong ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and managing third‑party vendors.
• Solid understanding of project governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting.

What we offer

• Competitive salary in the region of £65,000‑£70,000 per year.
