IT Service Delivery Engineer – L2/L3 Technical Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Engineer to provide advanced L2 and L3 technical support across LondonEnergy’s corporate, operational and multi‑site technology environment. The role blends hands‑on troubleshooting, service ownership, cyber‑aware operations and continuous improvement, supporting both technical and non‑technical colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents, managing L2/L3 support for end‑user computing, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, applications and operational systems via HaloITSM.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and access controls.
• Manage Windows endpoints, Intune, Autopilot, device compliance and application deployment, plus network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Provide technical support for site‑based operational technology including CCTV, access control, ANPR, body‑worn cameras and shared PCs.
• Support cyber‑security operations, investigate alerts, remediate vulnerabilities and gather audit evidence.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers, handle asset and licence records, and contribute to automation and service‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years delivering L2/L3 IT support in a complex, hybrid, multi‑site environment, acting as senior technical escalation point.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills, able to document actions clearly for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with D365, UniFlow or similar operational business systems
