IT Support Assistant – Hybrid (London & Weybridge)

About the role

This permanent, hybrid position supports the IT function across two offices in London and Weybridge. You will manage day‑to‑day IT systems, software, hardware, and home‑working setups while delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, log and resolve IT tickets within service level agreements, escalating when necessary.
• Provide first‑line support for internal IT issues, prioritising requests.
• Manage licences for tools such as MS Teams, Zoom and CoPilot.
• Oversee equipment inventory, deliveries and set‑up for new and existing staff.
• Maintain mobile devices and coordinate third‑party support providers.
• Assist with IT projects, system updates and testing.
• Coordinate external IT engineers for on‑site work.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding IT tasks, including workstation configuration.
• Deliver training on systems/software and create user guides.
• Support IT requirements for company events and presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an IT support role within a similar‑sized business.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with a hands‑on, solution‑focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and respect for confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work across both offices and occasional outside‑office hours.
