Junior Aviation Contracts & Certification Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Aviation Contracts & Certification Advisor to join our aviation team in London. The role offers an early‑career professional the chance to develop specialist knowledge in aviation contracts, leasing, insurance and certification within a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review aviation contracts, lease documents, policy wordings and related materials to support operational and transactional needs.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and supporting documentation with high accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing and negotiating contractual and insurance provisions for airlines, aerospace firms and leasing companies.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, lessors, external counsel and other stakeholders on contractual and certification matters.
• Identify key contractual requirements in client and counter‑party documentation and help prepare compliant aviation certifications.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues, receiving day‑to‑day mentoring and development.
• Build technical knowledge of aviation insurance coverages, risk allocation and certification processes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new technical expertise.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of FCA, Marsh compliance and internal procedures.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
