Junior Conveyancing Paralegal – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Conveyancing Paralegal to support our Manchester conveyancing team. You will assist conveyancers with the administrative side of property transactions, ensuring smooth progress and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds.
• Conduct property searches and gather information from local authorities.
• Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Communicate updates to clients, estate agents and other stakeholders.
• Organise appointments, meetings and deadlines for the team.
• Handle incoming correspondence, responding or directing inquiries as needed.
• Assist in preparing completion statements and liaise with lenders on mortgage matters.

Required profile

• Any prior experience in conveyancing or direct client interaction is advantageous.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to legal compliance.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with case management systems.
