Key Holder – 8hr Shifts with Overtime & Weekend Availability

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Key Holder to join our Levi’s store in Brighton. You will work 8‑hour shifts, with the possibility of overtime, and be available to work weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed when management is absent.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
• Support and motivate Stylists to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
