Lead DevOps Consultant – Harness Platform

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead DevOps Consultant to drive modern DevOps transformations using the Harness Software Delivery Platform. The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for enterprise customers in London.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines on Harness, ensuring alignment with delivery, security and compliance standards.
• Architect and maintain workflows across Harness modules such as CI, CD, STO, Chaos Engineering, CCM and AI‑driven capabilities.
• Install, upgrade and customise Harness Delegates across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, Security and Application teams to create reusable pipeline templates and scalable patterns.
• Onboard applications to Harness, providing assessments, pipeline configuration and modernisation support (containerisation, IaC).
• Integrate security scanners (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning) via Harness STO and enforce OPA‑based governance.
• Leverage Harness AI Agents for automated triaging, self‑healing tasks and intelligent remediation.
• Promote adoption of additional Harness modules such as Internal Developer Portal, Feature Management and Chaos Engineering.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering CI/CD solutions at scale.
• Strong background in cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with DevSecOps practices and OPA policy enforcement.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor cross‑functional teams.
