About the role
Sanderson Design Group is seeking a Lead Digital Designer to join its Innovation & Digital Design Studio for a 12‑month fixed‑term. The role supports high‑quality digital design, wallpaper innovation and customer‑focused projects while maintaining the studio’s exacting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality digital designs and innovative wallpaper concepts.
- Collaborate with Senior Digital Designers and cross‑functional teams on product development.
- Manage customer relationships and oversee sample production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the studio.
- Coach and mentor Digital and Junior Designers, sharing best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital design and wallpaper or interior‑design innovation.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Commitment to upholding high design standards and processes.
