About the role
We are seeking a Learner Enrolment Consultant to manage the onboarding and enrolment process for apprentices and their employers. This remote, six‑month fixed‑term position ensures a smooth, compliant journey from enrolment through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Support apprentice and employer onboarding, delivering an excellent experience.
- Verify learner eligibility, funding compliance, and review prior learning records.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure data protection and GDPR compliance.
- Execute administrative processes efficiently using our MIS platform.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar apprenticeship or funded learning role.
- Proficiency with MIS platforms, specifically Aptem.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
