About the role
Support and implement learning and development programmes for the UK&I and North East Europe teams while leading internal communications to foster a collaborative culture aligned with company values.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design and deliver L&D programmes, including succession planning and the Accelerate program.
- Lead internal communications governance, manage the annual employee survey (BVocal) and drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the UK&I and North East Europe.
Required profile
- Demonstrable experience implementing L&D initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong stakeholder management, project planning and communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with e‑learning platforms and apprenticeship levy management.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion programme delivery.
