Lecturer – Health and Social Care (London campuses)

About the role

Regent College London is looking for an experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join its academic team across multiple London campuses. The role involves face‑to‑face teaching, curriculum development and student support, starting in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials for health and social care modules.
• Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms.
• Set, assess and provide feedback on assignments and examinations.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with learning support needs.
• Participate in quality‑assurance processes and module evaluations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Lead modules and coordinate with associate lecturers where required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant health or social care discipline.
• Experience teaching in higher education with strong digital teaching capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HE quality‑assurance and validation processes.
• Student‑focused, flexible approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held.
