Lettings Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing property development group as a Lettings Executive in Manchester. You will work in a brand‑new lettings department, supporting premium residential developments and helping the business expand its tenant base.

Key responsibilities

• Run viewings across premium developments and act as the first point of contact for applicant enquiries.
• Build relationships with prospective tenants and deliver a standout customer journey.
• Manage lettings administration, including applications, agreements, and communication logs.
• Represent the brand within a modern, luxury city‑centre office.

Required profile

• Some lettings or sales experience is helpful.
• Proven track record of hitting targets.
• Confidence, initiative and a proactive mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, positive personality with a genuine customer‑service focus.
• Knowledge of Manchester is a bonus.
