Level 2/3 Childcare & Early Years Practitioner – Flexible Daily Supply

About the role

We are seeking qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare and Early Years Practitioners to join a network of nurseries across Camden and North London on a flexible daily supply basis. This role allows you to choose when and where you work while supporting children aged 0‑5 in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver play‑based activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, personal care, and outdoor play.
• Support children’s social, emotional and communication growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating nursery setting.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure high‑quality care and education.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent (essential).
• Previous experience in a nursery or EYFS setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Positive, caring and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
