Level 3 Teaching Assistant – EYFS (Temporary)

About the role

Engage Education is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) class at a primary school in Colliers Wood. This temporary position offers the chance to work in a Good Ofsted‑rated school with supportive leadership and a low student‑to‑teacher ratio.

Key responsibilities

• Work with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning.
• Provide targeted intervention and additional support where needed.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering EYFS curriculum activities.
• Help create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment.

Required profile

• Some experience working with young children or in a school setting.
• A genuine passion for education and improving pupil attainment.
• Creativity and the ability to engage early‑years learners.
• Level 3 Support Staff qualification (or equivalent).
