About the role
This full‑time, long‑term position is for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant at a welcoming primary school in Tameside. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils across the primary curriculum and help them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver targeted small‑group interventions to support learning in core subjects.
- Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Required profile
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Resilient, positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
