Litigation Fee Earner – High Value RTA Recovery

About the role

Join a growing, well‑established law firm as a Litigation Fee Earner within its Complex Recoveries team. You will manage a high‑value caseload of litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) recovery claims, each typically exceeding £10,000, while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value RTA recovery claims and progress them efficiently.
• Conduct thorough legal analysis of liability issues and prepare robust case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where necessary.
• Maintain excellent client service and communication throughout each case.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑value claims confidently.
• Strong working knowledge of liability law and related legal principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
