Litigation Paralegal – Full-time (Gloucestershire)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Gloucester. This full-time position offers the chance to support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation while developing your legal career in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case assessment to trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents.
- File court documents and manage discovery indexes, interrogatories, and other requests.
- Organise case files, exhibits, evidence, briefs and maintain calendars for hearings and deadlines.
- Gather relevant information from various sources and support logistical aspects of cases.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong research and report-writing skills.
- Paralegal associate degree or relevant certification.
