About the role

Join a respected Manchester law firm as a Litigation Paralegal, working closely with senior solicitors on high‑profile matters. You will support a varied caseload that includes data‑breach, financial mis‑selling and business interruption claims, gaining hands‑on experience in commercial and civil litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors and fee earners with case preparation and documentation.
• Manage and organise case files for data‑breach, financial mis‑selling and business interruption claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, statements and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, witnesses and third‑party providers to gather evidence.
• Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.

Required profile

• Experienced paralegal with a background in commercial or civil litigation.
• Solid mix of casework exposure, able to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Open to personal injury paralegals seeking to transition into litigation.
