Litigation Solicitor – 2+ PQE – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Litigation Solicitor with at least two years PQE to join a growing dispute resolution team in Greater Manchester. Working closely with an experienced Director, you will manage your own caseload while gaining exposure to high‑value commercial disputes across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
• Handle employment‑related disputes as required.
• Manage professional negligence claims.
• Assist with fraud and complex contentious matters.
• Develop strong client relationships by providing practical, commercially focused advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑standard client service.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the litigation team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in litigation.
• Experience handling a varied contentious caseload.
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Proactive approach with ambition to develop litigation expertise.
