About the role

We are seeking qualified locum associates at all experience levels to join a leading litigation team in London. The role focuses on critical disclosure work and extensive document review, providing essential legal support across a range of matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough document review and manage disclosure processes.
• Draft, review, and organise legal documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Assist in preparing legal opinions, advice, and other deliverables.
• Prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines and maintain high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer from a common‑law jurisdiction.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Effective workload management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
