M&A Director – Food & Drink

About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Director to lead buy‑side and sell‑side transactions within the food and drink sector. You will act as a trusted adviser to high‑growth businesses, investors and family‑owned groups, shaping strategic options and driving value‑creating deals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions, from initial engagement to completion.
• Originate new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with clients, investors and professional introducers.
• Advise owners and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and growth initiatives.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, information memoranda and client presentations.

Required profile

• Proven M&A experience in an advisory firm, investment bank or boutique environment.
• Strong track record advising on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising.
• Direct exposure to food and drink sector clients is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage senior client relationships.
