Management Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a leading global creative agency in Central London on a three‑month temporary assignment, with strong potential to become permanent. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, and offers the chance to work within a fast‑paced finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end accruals and pre‑payments.
• Complete balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Support monthly reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage intercompany recharges and affiliate invoicing.
• Review and approve purchase orders.
• Assist the Accounts Payable function, including invoice approvals and supplier queries.
• Help with VAT, tax and statutory reporting submissions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage FX deal requests through treasury.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• Previous Management Accountant experience with strong month‑end exposure.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Experience in advertising, media or creative agencies is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP Vantage (desirable).

What we offer

• Salary £40,000‑£45,000 per year.
