About the role
Bright Executive is seeking a senior Management Consultant to lead client engagements for technology vendors across complex enterprise sales. The role is hybrid, based in Manchester, and reports directly to the CEO while working with junior consultants or analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client engagements, managing teams of junior consultants or analysts.
- Ensure delivery quality, commercial impact, and effective campaign management.
- Own the full life‑cycle of 3‑6 month campaigns designed to accelerate high‑value, complex sales in enterprise environments.
Required profile
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in complex commercial settings.
- Strong focus on outcomes, recognising enterprise sales as human‑centric systems.
- Enjoy thriving in a small, fast‑moving consultancy.
- 7‑10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, growth or commercial consulting, complex enterprise sales, B2B marketing or ABM.
