Mandarin-speaking CRM & Operations Executive (Reading)

About the role

This position is based in Reading and focuses on managing customer relationship marketing activities and day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations. The role requires fluency in Mandarin to support on‑site campaigns and communication with Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and distribute EDM content, coordinating with designers and creating targeted customer lists.
• Set up, launch, monitor and optimise on‑site marketing campaigns in real time.
• Collect, analyse and interpret campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and CRM activities to identify opportunities.
• Support the development and optimisation of loyalty programmes.
• Maintain e‑commerce platform operations, including product listings, content updates, campaign setup and merchandising.
• Provide execution support for traffic‑acquisition channels such as paid media and affiliates.
• Collaborate across cultures and adapt to different working styles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Highly organised with strong task‑management and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in data handling, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, quick‑learning mindset.
• Mandarin language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or marketing‑automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and basic reporting.
