Mandarin‑speaking E‑commerce Specialist (Reading)

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑speaking E‑commerce Specialist to join our team in Reading. The role focuses on managing Amazon marketplace operations, ensuring smooth order processing, product listings and promotional activities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process, track and update Amazon orders via Seller Central or Vendor Central, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, fulfilment status and resolve delivery or invoice issues.
• Create and maintain product listings, support catalogue updates, compliance checks and launch new products and promotions.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and advertising data; produce regular reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
• Observe competitor activity, pricing trends and marketplace performance to improve keyword visibility and organic ranking.
• Maintain SOPs, support e‑commerce projects and explore automation or AI tools to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a “right‑first‑time” approach to operational tasks.
• Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with commercial data.

Required skills

• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Experience with Amazon marketplace platforms (Seller Central, Vendor Central).
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for product listings.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel – data filtering, formulas and basic analysis.
