Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our group marketing team in London. This junior, office‑based role is ideal for a recent graduate or anyone taking their first step into marketing. You will work closely with UK and South Africa teams, supporting a variety of projects and events.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule and send promotional email campaigns, manage email lists and report on basic performance metrics.
• Create co‑branded collateral for partners using existing templates while ensuring brand compliance.
• Provide light‑touch design support for social media assets, one‑pagers and sales decks.
• Set up and update webpages using the company’s content management system.
• Assist in configuring marketing workflows and automations such as lead‑nurturing sequences.
• Ensure website content remains accurate, up‑to‑date and user‑friendly.
• Build and format high‑quality presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks, including file organisation and event support.

Required profile
