Marketing Assistant

About the role

Claremont School is looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing activities, promote the school and strengthen engagement with current and prospective families. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Admissions and other departments, contributing to content creation, event promotion, channel management and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on the development and optimisation of key marketing channels.
• Support the delivery of the school’s annual marketing strategy.
• Work with the Admissions team to promote and deliver domestic events.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on creative campaigns and long‑term projects.
• Assist the Head of Marketing with KPI reporting and channel performance analysis.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Flexible, "can‑do" attitude and willingness to collaborate within a dynamic team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing strategy and ability to create effective campaigns.
• Proactive approach to supporting lead‑generation activities and handling queries.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot CRM for email campaigns and database management.
• Proficiency in managing social media channels and generating growth ideas.
• Ability to use reporting and analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Familiarity with creative software such as Adobe or Canva.
• Experience updating and maintaining website content.
