Marketing Associate – PV Strategy & Execution

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to lead strategy and execution for a school‑based HPV vaccination programme. The role is a full‑time, PAYE fixed‑term contract based in London, offering hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) until mid‑December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategic plan for the school and catch‑up HPV programme, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and core messaging.
• Maintain the feedback loop between strategy, field insights, ACE360/GAIN data and campaign performance, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Support the creation and localisation of compliant marketing assets, including messaging frameworks, claims documents, customer‑facing materials and training content.
• Manage executional governance by setting milestones, tracking progress, mitigating risks and coordinating agency or cross‑functional inputs.
• Monitor performance using lead and lag indicators, adjusting tactics to achieve measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare, vaccines or public‑health marketing, preferably with HPV and primary‑care exposure.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and measurable actions.
• Strong analytical and project‑leadership capabilities, able to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Understanding of population health or vaccination programmes is highly advantageous.

• Hourly rate of £23.63 – £40.31 depending on experience.
