Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, digitally‑savvy Marketing Manager to support Electrium Sales Ltd (ESL) UK’s sales strategy and commercial objectives. Working closely with product and sales teams, you will create engaging content and campaigns across digital, social, web and face‑to‑face channels to boost visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, handling recruitment, training, motivation and performance management.
• Act as the primary interface between ESL product units and sales teams, fostering strong, consistent collaboration.
• Create and distribute relevant content for both virtual and face‑to‑face customer experiences.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to advance digital development of ESL sales and marketing activities.
• Support achievement of budgeted turnover and margin targets for key product areas.
• Enhance product promotion and training to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
• Generate regular, high‑quality feedback and monthly reports using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people and performance management, fostering team growth and accountability.
• Relevant degree or professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and use digital marketing platforms such as websites, social media and video content.
• Strong understanding of campaign planning and promotional activity.
• Growth‑mindset with the ability to thrive in a structured environment.
