Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will own the marketing strategy for two estate agency brands, driving brand awareness, lead generation and business growth across sales, lettings and property management. You will work closely with branch teams and external partners to ensure the brands are recognised, trusted and connected within their local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy that supports sales, lettings and property management objectives.
• Plan and execute campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, market appraisals and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch teams to identify local marketing opportunities and provide proactive support.
• Manage digital presence, including websites, social media channels, email marketing and online advertising.
• Create and edit engaging content such as graphics, copy, photography and video for multiple platforms.
• Produce marketing collateral – brochures, leaflets, direct mail, presentations and advertising materials.
• Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, visual presentation and customer experience.
• Monitor campaign performance and lead generation, using data to improve effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and relationships with external suppliers, agencies and printers.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a broad marketing role, preferably at Marketing Manager level.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or locations.
• Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading and communication skills.
• Creative judgement with an eye for design and brand consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
