About the role

Join a rapidly expanding multi‑discipline building services design team as a Mechanical Design Engineer. You will contribute to a wide variety of high‑profile, complex projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, hotel, retail and healthcare, while developing your expertise alongside senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver mechanical engineering solutions for medium to large‑scale building services projects.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, legislation and best practice.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to balance engineering priorities and integrate sustainable solutions.
• Produce detailed calculations, specifications and documentation for construction delivery.
• Support project teams throughout the design, review and construction phases.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to work on complex, multi‑sector projects.
• Strong understanding of design standards, legislation and emerging technologies.
• Commitment to sustainability and innovative engineering approaches.
• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
