MedTech Strategy Consultant (German/French)

About the role

ZS is seeking a MedTech Strategy Consultant who is fluent in German and/or French to join its global consulting practice. You will work with leading medical‑device, diagnostics and digital‑health companies, helping them solve complex business challenges and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop growth and market‑entry strategies for new devices and technologies.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analyses, and portfolio‑strategy projects.
• Design operating models and support organisational transformation initiatives.
• Optimise sales‑force design, targeting, and effectiveness for product launches.
• Contribute to pricing, value‑strategy, and go‑to‑market engagements.
• Build and interpret data models for forecasting, segmentation and performance tracking.
• Support digital‑health transformation and connected‑health initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end product‑launch strategy and post‑launch performance optimisation.

Required profile

• PhD or Master’s degree (with a bachelor’s) in a Life‑Sciences related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience on MedTech or medical‑device projects, either in consulting or industry.
• Fluency in English and German and/or French.
• Client‑first mentality and ability to work collaboratively.
