Midweight Graphic Designer

About the role

Re:act is looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join its fast‑growing London team. You will translate ideas into both static and motion assets for client social platforms, helping to create authentic, conversation‑driving campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality static and motion content for a diverse client portfolio.
• Concept and iterate visual ideas from brief to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Digital and Creative designers within a flat, idea‑focused structure.
• Mentor junior team members on layout, typographic decisions and collaborative workflows.
• Contribute to all stages of the design process, from artworking to art direction.

Required profile

• Motivated, positive attitude with a can‑do mentality.
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for both static and motion design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative agency environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
