Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing international sports and entertainment organisation. You will create high‑quality creative for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, live events, broadcast, partnerships and commercial campaigns. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our London office.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging creative for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, presentations, print, broadcast and live events.
• Produce production‑ready artwork across digital, print and broadcast assets.
• Create and adapt campaign creative for multiple platforms, formats and specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and help develop templates and design systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in a fast‑paced agency, brand or startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showing digital‑first design, social campaigns and brand application across channels.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Excellent typography, layout and production skills for digital and print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational skills.
