MIS Administrator (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary MIS Administrator to support a college in East London for a short‑term assignment. The role runs from early August to late September, with one position extending into October. You will work on‑site, helping the institution maintain its Management Information System.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the college’s Management Information System (MIS) on a daily basis.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.
• Provide training and support to staff on MIS usage.
• Generate reports and analytical insights to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align MIS functionality with operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the MIS.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining Management Information Systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and support staff effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
