Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – West Midlands

About the role

Our client, a growing cooling specialist, is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service a commercial client base across the West Midlands. You will work independently on a company vehicle, handling both planned maintenance and urgent call‑outs for a variety of air‑conditioning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance visits at retail, office and other commercial sites.
• Respond to reactive call‑outs, diagnose faults and restore systems promptly.
• Repair split, VRV and VRF systems, ensuring first‑time fixes wherever possible.
• Complete accurate service documentation and maintain records of work performed.
• Manage your own diary and route to maximise daily efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience with commercial air‑conditioning systems.
• Current F‑Gas certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability.
• Confident, professional communication with customers.
