Mortgage Advisor – Home Based, Self‑Employed

About the role

This home‑based Mortgage Advisor position is designed for proactive professionals who want to build their own client base while benefiting from strong marketing support. You will work remotely, generating business in your local area or niche market, and receive a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads from the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business through self‑generated leads and company‑provided leads.
• Support and collaborate with marketing campaigns to maximise lead flow.
• Manage client relationships, conduct mortgage consultations and guide applications to completion.
• Utilise admin support to streamline lender communications.
• Optionally provide equity‑release advice when qualified.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with recent CAS status.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to engage with marketing initiatives.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
