Mortgage Broker – Fully Remote

About the role

This fully remote position offers an ambitious Mortgage Broker the chance to work from home while advising a diverse client base, from first‑time residential buyers to high‑net‑worth and international borrowers. You will join a growing brokerage with a strong pipeline of qualified enquiries and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a consistent flow of qualified mortgage enquiries.
• Provide mortgage advice across residential, specialist, new‑build and investment lending.
• Serve UK‑based, high‑net‑worth, expat and international clients.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage and lending solutions.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and client service.
• Build and nurture relationships with lenders and introducers.
• Oversee the client journey from initial enquiry to mortgage completion.
• Effectively manage your own mortgage pipeline from home.
• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or Adviser.
• Professional, personable and strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable handling a busy mortgage pipeline.
• Self‑motivated yet able to work within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of complex mortgage cases.

• Base salary up to £36,000 per year.
• Uncapped tiered commission with realistic OTE of £100,000+.
