Mortgage Broker – Remote with Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker to join a high‑performing, fully remote brokerage. You will provide tailored mortgage advice to UK and international clients, managing cases from enquiry through to completion while leveraging a steady flow of warm, qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver residential, buy‑to‑let, specialist and international mortgage solutions.
• Manage the full client journey from first enquiry to completion.
• Support UK‑based and overseas clients, including expats and non‑standard cases.
• Convert a reliable stream of high‑quality, qualified enquiries into successful deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, introducers and lenders.
• Ensure all advice complies with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance‑driven remote team.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 12 months experience in mortgage advice or broking.
• Confidence managing your own pipeline in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and client‑centric approach.
• Motivation to maximise performance and earnings.
• Experience with international, expat or specialist lending is a plus.
