Mortgage Sales Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing mortgage brokerage in Birmingham to find a Mortgage Sales Manager. You will lead a small team of mortgage advisors and administrators while continuing to process mortgage applications yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4‑5 mortgage advisors and administrators.
• Monitor individual performance against targets, identify training needs and optimise workflows.
• Transact end‑to‑end mortgage applications, setting a performance example for the team.
• Drive ancillary sales such as insurance and protection policies.
• Participate in recruitment activities as the team expands.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in team leadership or management within mortgage advisory.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working on‑site five days a week (no remote option).

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of £35,000‑£40,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £50,000 per annum.
• Full‑time, office‑based role in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.
