Multi Trade Operative – Plumbing & Carpentry

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Multi Trade Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of properties across Birmingham, ensuring high‑standard repairs and improvements while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of plumbing and carpentry repairs and improvements.
• Work safely and efficiently in line with health & safety legislation and best practice.
• Use handheld electronic devices to record work and manage job schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment on each site.
• Provide courteous and professional service to tenants and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in both plumbing and carpentry.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the Birmingham area.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
